An Everyday Favorite

SIGNATURE BOURBON

Tickles the tongue with spicy rye and vanilla notes. Finishes smoothly and sweetly with a hint of caramel. Adding a few drops of water brings out some oak along with sweet tobacco and a softer spice.

A Sweeter Take

WHEATED BOURBON

Warmer and sweeter than our Signature Bourbon. Vanilla, caramel, and honey on the front with a hint of cinnamon. The flavors build on the tongue, finishing long. After adding a few drops of water, some oak opens up on the nose along with some very pleasant almond character. Finishes smooth and sweet.

WHEATED BOURBON Bottled-in-bond

Heavy malt and oak on the nose with vanilla, dark caramel and toasted pecans. The finish is sweet and buttery with a hint of almond, leaving a velvety feel on the tongue.

Straight Rye Whiskey

A unique contrast to our bourbons, this straight rye is bold and spicy with layers of dried fruit on the nose. The flavor is surprisingly round with some sweet tobacco, almond, dried cherries and raisins.

Steeped in Complexity

Signature Bourbon bottled-in-bond

Toasted malt and oak on the nose with subtle butterscotch. The flavors build on the tongue with vanilla bean, sweet tobacco, and a subtle hint of spicy rye. After a few drops of water, the bourbon sweetens up with hints of caramel and dark chocolate. The finish is full bodied and smooth all the way down.
